Xeno not opening — EXE never stays open
When the window flashes and dies, this host’s notes start with runtimes and a clean extract — not another Discord file.
Fixes before you re-download
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable x64 from Microsoft, then retry the same folder.
- Install .NET Desktop Runtime if Windows says a framework is missing.
- Run as Administrator from a short path. Avoid Cyrillic-only deep folders if the EXE still dies.
- If Defender quarantined it, restore the folder, add an exclusion, extract a new ZIP from this site.
Still a black flash
New ZIP, new folder, exclusion, VC++ , .NET. Mixing last week’s files on xeno-executor.rest’s checklist is a fail.
